The in-app AI helper
See the round help button in the bottom-right corner of the app (it's got a question mark on it)? Tap it and you'll get two choices: report a problem, or talk with the AI helper — a friendly chat assistant that can answer questions about the app and your account.
Think of it as someone who has read this whole guide and knows your account, who you can ask things in plain words like "how do I sign up for a shift?" or "why don't I have a ticket showing?". It's completely optional — you never have to use it, and everything in the app works without it.
What it's good for
- How do I…? questions about using the app.
- Finding the right page or the right person to ask.
- Sorting out the small stuff — "my email isn't matching my ticket", "where do I change my notification settings?"
- Helping you report a problem: if something's actually broken, it can write up the report for you — but you get the final say and press send.
What it can't do
- It doesn't change anything on its own. It can suggest and help you fill things in, but you're always the one who clicks the button. It won't sign you up, transfer your ticket, or edit your profile behind your back.
- It's only there when you're signed in. Signed-out visitors don't see it.
- It's not a person. It's usually right, but if something matters, double-check with your coordinator or humans@nobodies.team.
Is it private?
Worth knowing, in plain terms:
- Your chats are saved to your own history so you can look back at them. The chat panel has a link to your past conversations.
- Organizers can review conversations to keep the helper working well and to keep everyone safe — so treat it like a message to the org, not a private diary.
- Don't paste passwords or anything secret into it. It never needs them.
- Chats are automatically deleted after a while, so they don't pile up forever.
- There's an "AI Terms" link right under where you type, which spells out what's sent and how it's handled.
Quick answers
| If you're wondering… | Here's the answer |
|---|---|
| Where is it? | The round help button, bottom-right of any page once you're signed in |
| Do I have to use it? | No — it's optional, and the app works fine without it |
| Will it do things for me? | No. It can tee things up, but you press the button |
| Can it see my stuff? | It knows your account so it can help (your teams, shifts, tickets, to-dos). It can't see your passwords |
| It gave me a wrong answer | It happens — check with your coordinator or email humans@nobodies.team |
| I'd rather just report a bug | Same help button → "report a problem" fills out an issue for the team |
