1. Introducción
Los presentes Términos ("Términos") regulan el uso del asistente conversacional integrado en la aplicación de la Asociación Nobodies Collective ("la Asociación"). Al activar el asistente, el Voluntario acepta los términos descritos a continuación.
El asistente es una herramienta opcional. El Voluntario puede usar la aplicación con plena funcionalidad sin activarlo.
2. Definiciones
- Asociación — Asociación Nobodies Collective.
- Voluntario — La persona autenticada que utiliza el asistente.
- Asistente — El componente conversacional integrado en la aplicación, que responde preguntas sobre la propia aplicación, los procesos de la Asociación y la información a la que el Voluntario tiene acceso.
- Proveedor de IA — El proveedor externo que aloja el modelo de lenguaje al que el asistente envía las consultas para generar respuestas.
3. Naturaleza del servicio
3.1 Funcionamiento
Cada mensaje enviado al asistente, junto con un contexto mínimo del Voluntario (nombre mostrado, idioma, equipos activos, roles vigentes) y la página o sección desde la que se invoca, se transmite al Proveedor de IA, que devuelve una respuesta generada automáticamente.
El asistente puede consultar documentación pública de la propia aplicación para fundamentar sus respuestas. No accede a información personal de terceros más allá del contexto del Voluntario.
3.2 Limitaciones
Las respuestas del asistente:
- Pueden contener errores, omisiones o información desactualizada.
- No constituyen asesoramiento jurídico, médico, financiero ni profesional de ningún tipo.
- No sustituyen las decisiones que correspondan a la Junta Directiva, a los Coordinadores ni a cualquier otra figura con responsabilidades formales en la Asociación.
El Voluntario es responsable de verificar cualquier información relevante antes de actuar sobre ella.
4. Tratamiento de datos
4.1 Datos enviados al Proveedor de IA
Cuando el Voluntario interactúa con el asistente, se envían al Proveedor de IA:
- El contenido del mensaje del Voluntario.
- El nombre mostrado del Voluntario, su idioma preferido y los equipos y roles activos en la Asociación.
- La página o sección de la aplicación desde la que se invoca el asistente.
- El historial de la conversación en curso.
No se envían contraseñas, tokens, datos bancarios, datos de salud ni datos personales de otros Voluntarios fuera de los necesarios para el contexto descrito.
4.2 Proveedor y transferencia internacional
El Proveedor de IA actualmente utilizado es Anthropic, PBC, con sede en los Estados Unidos. El tratamiento de datos por parte del Proveedor de IA implica una transferencia internacional fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo, amparada en las cláusulas contractuales tipo aprobadas por la Comisión Europea.
El Proveedor de IA actúa como encargado del tratamiento por cuenta de la Asociación. Los datos enviados no se utilizan para entrenar modelos del Proveedor de IA.
La Asociación podrá cambiar de Proveedor de IA en el futuro y, en tal caso, actualizará los presentes Términos antes de que el cambio entre en vigor.
4.3 Conservación
Las conversaciones se almacenan en los sistemas de la Asociación durante un periodo de retención configurable. El periodo vigente se muestra al Voluntario antes de iniciar cualquier conversación. Transcurrido dicho periodo, las conversaciones se eliminan de forma permanente.
4.4 Visibilidad
El registro completo de cada conversación es accesible para:
- El propio Voluntario, desde su historial personal.
- Los administradores de la Asociación, con fines de control de calidad, prevención de abuso y cumplimiento legal.
4.5 Base jurídica
El tratamiento se realiza sobre la base del consentimiento expreso del Voluntario, que se otorga al aceptar los presentes Términos. El consentimiento puede retirarse en cualquier momento (véase la sección 6).
4.6 Derechos del Voluntario
El Voluntario puede ejercer los derechos reconocidos en el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (UE) 2016/679 ("RGPD") y en la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 ("LOPD-GDD") — acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación y portabilidad — dirigiéndose a la Junta Directiva en board@nobodies.team.
La eliminación del historial conversacional puede solicitarse en cualquier momento sin afectar al resto de la relación entre el Voluntario y la Asociación.
5. Uso aceptable
El Voluntario se compromete a no utilizar el asistente para:
- Introducir información confidencial de terceros sin la autorización correspondiente.
- Generar contenido ilícito, difamatorio, discriminatorio, acosador o que infrinja derechos de propiedad intelectual.
- Eludir los controles de acceso, los procesos de gobierno o los procedimientos disciplinarios establecidos en los Estatutos.
- Suplantar la identidad de otra persona o tergiversar su pertenencia a la Asociación.
El uso indebido del asistente podrá dar lugar a la suspensión del acceso al mismo y, en su caso, a las medidas previstas en los Estatutos.
6. Retirada del consentimiento
El Voluntario puede dejar de usar el asistente en cualquier momento simplemente cerrando la ventana de conversación. La retirada del consentimiento puede formalizarse contactando con la Junta Directiva en board@nobodies.team, lo que provocará la eliminación de todas las conversaciones asociadas al Voluntario.
La retirada del consentimiento no afecta a la legalidad del tratamiento realizado con anterioridad.
7. Modificaciones
La Asociación podrá modificar los presentes Términos cuando cambien las condiciones del servicio, el Proveedor de IA, los periodos de retención o el marco legal aplicable. Las modificaciones sustanciales requerirán que el Voluntario vuelva a aceptar los Términos antes de continuar usando el asistente.
8. Legislación aplicable
Los presentes Términos se rigen por la legislación española. Cualquier controversia se someterá, en primer lugar, a los procedimientos internos de resolución de la Asociación previstos en los Estatutos y, en su defecto, a los Juzgados y Tribunales competentes.

1. Introduction
These Terms ("Terms") govern the use of the conversational assistant integrated into the Asociación Nobodies Collective application ("the Association"). By activating the assistant, the Volunteer accepts the terms set out below.
The assistant is an optional tool. The Volunteer can use the application in full without activating it.
2. Definitions
- Association — Asociación Nobodies Collective.
- Volunteer — The authenticated person who uses the assistant.
- Assistant — The conversational component embedded in the application, which answers questions about the application itself, the Association's processes, and information the Volunteer has access to.
- AI Provider — The third-party provider that hosts the language model to which the assistant sends queries to generate responses.
3. Nature of the Service
3.1 How it works
Each message sent to the assistant — together with a minimal context about the Volunteer (display name, language, active teams, current roles) and the page or section from which it is invoked — is transmitted to the AI Provider, which returns an automatically generated response.
The assistant may consult the application's own public documentation to ground its responses. It does not access personal data of other people beyond the Volunteer's own context.
3.2 Limitations
The assistant's responses:
- May contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date information.
- Do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or any other form of professional advice.
- Do not replace decisions that fall to the Board of Directors, the Coordinators, or any other person with formal responsibilities in the Association.
The Volunteer is responsible for verifying any relevant information before acting on it.
4. Data Processing
4.1 Data sent to the AI Provider
When the Volunteer interacts with the assistant, the following is sent to the AI Provider:
- The content of the Volunteer's message.
- The Volunteer's display name, preferred language, and the active teams and roles within the Association.
- The page or section of the application from which the assistant was invoked.
- The history of the ongoing conversation.
Passwords, access tokens, banking details, health data, and personal data of other Volunteers beyond what is described above are not sent.
4.2 Provider and international transfer
The AI Provider currently used is Anthropic, PBC, headquartered in the United States. Processing by the AI Provider involves an international transfer outside the European Economic Area, covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
The AI Provider acts as a data processor on behalf of the Association. Data sent is not used to train the AI Provider's models.
The Association may change AI Provider in the future and will, in such a case, update these Terms before the change takes effect.
4.3 Retention
Conversations are stored in the Association's systems for a configurable retention period. The current period is shown to the Volunteer before any conversation begins. After that period, conversations are permanently deleted.
4.4 Visibility
The full log of each conversation is accessible to:
- The Volunteer themselves, from their personal history.
- The Association's administrators, for quality control, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
4.5 Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of the Volunteer's express consent, given by accepting these Terms. Consent may be withdrawn at any time (see section 6).
4.6 Volunteer rights
The Volunteer may exercise the rights recognized under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 ("LOPD-GDD") — access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability — by contacting the Board of Directors at board@nobodies.team.
Deletion of the conversational history can be requested at any time and does not affect the rest of the relationship between the Volunteer and the Association.
5. Acceptable Use
The Volunteer agrees not to use the assistant to:
- Submit confidential information of third parties without proper authorization.
- Generate unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Circumvent access controls, governance processes, or disciplinary procedures established in the Statutes.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent their membership in the Association.
Misuse of the assistant may result in suspension of access to it and, where applicable, the measures provided for in the Statutes.
6. Withdrawal of Consent
The Volunteer can stop using the assistant at any time simply by closing the conversation window. Withdrawal of consent can be formalized by contacting the Board of Directors at board@nobodies.team, which will trigger deletion of all conversations associated with the Volunteer.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out previously.
7. Modifications
The Association may modify these Terms when service conditions, the AI Provider, retention periods, or the applicable legal framework change. Substantial modifications will require the Volunteer to re-accept the Terms before continuing to use the assistant.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will first be submitted to the Association's internal resolution procedures set out in the Statutes and, failing that, to the competent courts and tribunals.
